The FOIA Council has not established any subcommittees for the 2024 interim. However, pursuant to SB 324 (Roem, 2024), there is a work group that will study charges as directed by the third enactment clause of that bill. While the work group is not a subcommittee or public body as defined in FOIA, information about its work will be published here. Any interested parties who wish to participate in this study should contact FOIA Council staff.
