The FOIA
Council has not established any subcommittees for the 2024
interim. However, pursuant to SB
324 (Roem, 2024), there is a work group that will study
charges as directed by the third enactment clause of that
bill. While the work group is not a subcommittee or public
body as defined in FOIA, information about its work will be
published here. Any interested parties who wish to participate
in this study should contact FOIA
